Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
Note: Shipping the returned products to our factory must be arranged by the customer. Petofeels is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom Orders & Wholesale Clients
- Custom or bulk orders are typically non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
- For wholesale clients, please contact us before placing a return request to discuss options.
- Return shipping for wholesale orders must be managed by the buyer.
